the recipe I have chosen:
Salmon Quinoa Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 red bell pepper
- ½ whole cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 12 oz salmon fillet
- ½ whole red onion, sliced

- Assemble the bowl by mixing halved cherry tomato, finely diced onion, quinoa, and thinly sliced cucumber together.
- Mix together liquid ingredients with salt and pepper to make the dressing.
- Spray the vegetable oil in a pan and cook the salmon until soft.
- Place salmon on the quinoa vegetable mixture, drizzle with dressing, and serve.
